Senior Pastor of Daystar Church and Motivational Speaker, Pastor Sam Adeyemi, has expressed his views on the payment of tithes of Christians.
According to senior pastors, it is not mandatory to pay tithing.
The priest said this while referring to his church yesterday, where he also pointed out that tithing was paid in the Old Testament as a law of curse in connection with non-payment.
He said that Christian should not be forced or forced to pay tithing and added that not paying tithing no longer attracts a Christian curse.
He said, "As we are under a new covenant, it makes a choice. Everybody should decide the percentage they want to pay with the knowledge that you will be blessed by how you give."
