Who else is witnessing this trend of circulation of torn and worn N100 bills within the economy? When was the last time you saw or touched a clean N100 note? How is the situation in your area? I think this act is quite frustrating because there have been so many people's arguments when they make a payment for something or receive a balance after paying for something and the transaction involves the N100 note.
